Clower I enquired by email a month ago about service after spending the afternoon on the phone to no avail.Today I received a reply. Several resets later it still doesn't work. C. I have an iFinder H20C which I received for Christmas last year. It has operated MAYBE 12 hours and now has quit working, the satellite location does not translate to the map page. Lowrance wants a flat $149.95 plus $12.50 shipping and handling to repair the unit.I am replacing the unit with a Garmin./s/L.
I suggest not buying anything through Amazon.com unless it is actually from Amazon; if it is another vendor just using Amazons website you have no recourse what so ever. They said that they did not control the third party sellers that sell on Amazon.com. I recieved the GPS itself but not the "plus" items and their customer service would not get us the items that had not been shipped. Even though another vendor on their site did have them in stock. Don't buy H20 C Plus (from Lowrance) from Amazon.com.The H20 C Plus is a great product. But do not buy it through Amazon.com. They said that they "Amazon did not have it in stock and could not help.
Incomplete package as others mention.twice. On the ph w/ Amazon for over an hour with no resolution.Will not buy this product because it appears all PLUS packages are FALSE.
Standard item with no plus package. This was made clear and I needed to then return the item I had received. Now a few days before my fishing trip I am without a GPS with mapping software that I was needing. I had received the item quickly but had quickly found that I had received the standard model and got in contact with Amazon. Never buying again. FIVE DAYS LATER, I received the EXACT SAME THING I had received before.
Terrible customer service, and she let me know that i wouldn't receive my money for probably a week. I purchased this item several weeks ago excited about the Plus Package with mapping software, memory card, and memory card reader. After speaking with them for almost an hour, the lady had told me that she was sending me a replacement with the CORRECT items. I had called again and after a long explanation of them confused about their own explanation on the website I asked for a refund.
i have made numerous calls and have spoken to many reps and all for not. i have recieved a complete run around on both ends. if this message is read and if there is anyone who can assist in resolving this situation please feel free to contact me at 5165741325 or hotrod63@optonline.net sincirely disapointed, frank tamboles i have purchased a lowrance h2oc plus gps hand held system and i am still trying to obtain the plus package (memory card, mapping cd, and interface cable). i have not to this day recieved the proper help from amazon or fogdog where the unit was shipped from. all i want is what i paid for nothing else.
